Certificate III. This allows the programs to be designed to meet your individual needs. What ever your skill level, CGEA can offer a pathway to further your education and career opportunities.

» Course Description:
The Certificate in General Education for Adults (CGEA) is a Nationally Recognised Accredited course and can prepare you for work or study. The courses are designed for people who may have left school early or had a disrupted education and want to improve their reading, writing, maths and general education. You will gain skills in goal setting, writing, reading, oral communication, computer skills and other modules you complete.
» Duration: These classes are Full Time over 6 months
» Commencement: 8/2/2010 or late enrolments may be accepted by Appointment
» Cost: Fees: $110.00 Concession: $110.00 Payment plan Available

» Essentials/Prerequisites: Entry requirements: Students will need to be 15 years and older. All students will be interviewed before being placed in classes.
» Pathways:
Pathways: Certificate II in General Education for Adults provides pathways to Certificate III in General Education for Adults or other Certificate III level courses.
» Recognition of Prior Learning/Credit Transfers:
Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL): Students wishing to apply for RPL need to indicate this on the Enrolment Form. RPL Application Forms are available from the Course Co-ordinator.
Credit Transfer: Credit Transfer is the recognition and acknowledgment of modules or units of competency acquired through prior formal credentialed training (identical academic experience).
ECG grants Credit Transfer under our Mutual Recognition obligations.
