» Course Description:
The Diploma of Human Resources Management aims to provide the skills and knowledge required to work in human resources as a manager or specialist or as a supervisor or team leader with HRM responsibilities. Participants will gain the necessary tools to perform the functions required within an through administering HR systems, as well as ensuring recruitment, selection, training and continuing development of staff.
» Duration: Thursday 21st January – 16th December 2010 (Fortnightly) Ongoing.
» Commencement: Enrolments are taken at commencement of units.
» Cost: Fees: $2800.00 Government Funded Fee: $1246.00 * Eligibility Criteria Applies
» Essentials/Prerequisites: : Students will need a minimum Year 10 or equivalent qualification. Selection of eligible students will be based on an interview process. Industry experience in a Managerial role or similar is preferred.
» Pathways:
: After completion of the Diploma of Human Resources Management, students may wish to undertake the Advanced Diploma of Management
» Recognition of Prior Learning/Credit Transfers:
Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL): Students wishing to apply for RPL need to indicate this on the Enrolment Form. RPL Application Forms are available from the Course coordinator.
Credit Transfer: Credit Transfer is the recognition and acknowledgment of modules or units of competency acquired through prior formal credentialed training (identical academic experience).
ECG grants Credit Transfer under our Mutual Recognition obligations.
