Photocopying & Printing

Desktop Publishing
Business cards, letterheads, booklets, brochures, flyers; these are just some of the desktop publishing we can create for your business or personal needs.
Finishing
Add those important finishing touches to your documents. Stapling, folding, guillotining, hole punching and binding (wire, plastic or cloth) - we do the lot.
Laminating
Laminating of all sizes is available, from pocket laminating for small items such as Business Cards through to Posters up to 740mm wide. ECG Copy Centre uses only quality laminate to keep your documents protected.
Scanning
We can scan text and graphics (photos) onto computer disk or paper. Originals up to A3 size can be scanned in full colour. High speed black & white scanning at 60 pages per minute is also available.
Public Access Computer use
Public also have access to ‘do it yourself’ facilities including photocopier, public access computers and workspace. Public Access computer facilities are located at ECG Copy Centre.

Looking for a Casual Relief Teacher (CRT) Agency to manage your school’s casual relief teaching needs?
ECG operates an established and well regarded Casual Relief Teacher (CRT) Agency. Many Schools in the West Gippsland and Latrobe Valley areas are sourcing casual relief teaching staff through this agency.
The agency is demand responsive and provides casual relief teachers to schools on a daily basis.
Why work through an agency? Advantages include:
For Teachers
• being paid from one source only and receiving fortnightly pay slips and a single annual Statement of Earnings (Group Certificate)
• having salary paid directly into the bank of choice
• having PAYG deductions made and forwarded directly to the Australian Taxation Office
• having employer superannuation contribution, (calculated on an hourly basis), and applicable Work Cover costs met by the one source
• registering choices for days/Grades/schools/distances/ speciality teaching areas
• receiving one call only for any placement
• being part of a network providing potential for employment in a number of locations
For Schools
• avoiding the administration effort and time associated with the direct employment of casual relief teaching staff
• having access to a large pool of registered teachers, (in addition to “regulars”), through the agency

Teachers wishing to register with ECG Casual Relief Teacher (CRT) Agency are welcome. To register please:
• complete a Application for Employment as a CRT in ECG enrolled schools and,
• supply copies of qualifications and a current CV and,
• produce proof of registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching and,
• forward documentation to Education Centre Gippsland for processing. (Note: The registration process will normally include an interview)
Schools are invited to contact the ECG CRT Agency co-ordinators who will be pleased to visit the school to provide further information and discuss the school’s requirements. If required, briefing sessions can be presented at staff meetings and/or school council meetings.
